Job Description
KEY SKILLS
• Purchase ledger data input, to include, matching, batching and coding supplier invoices • Reconciling statements received from suppliers • Producing Sales Ledger invoices and ensuring amounts owing to the Company are accurate • Chase overdue amounts and ascertain reasons for late payment • Maintain accurate records of aged debtors with explanations of actions taken to recover amounts • Close liaison and providing support to management accountant • Ad-hoc duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Qualification • Basic Maths and English qualifications (minimum)
Experience • Experience of working in a high volume finance department in an accounts assistant role
Skills/Knowledge • Good Excel skills • Numerate • IT Literate • Ability to communicate at all levels confidently
