Our award winning NHS client who is responsible for providing Primary Health Care to the people of its community is looking for a Community Contracts Manager. Duties will include Performance Monitoring the current community contract, completing these contracts for this year. Also preparation of next year's contracts incorporating CRISP & updating SEEQUINN. You will possess previous experience of developing/monitoring Community Contracts including physiotherapy, community nursing, specialist nursing and other therapies. Also previous experience of working in diverse communities with very high level needs and with a number of community providers is essential in order to secure this post.
