Job Description
Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk
Alton
Salary £20k + Training package (i.e. some costs covered) and study time offered for AAT training

Job Spec (approx only)
• Overseas Supplier invoices
• Local Overhead supplier Invoices
• Processing payments to suppliers

Following take approx 20% of monthly time
• Reconciliation of flight ticketing
• Reconciliation of monthly tour costs
• Preparation of prepayments and accruals (Re tour costs)
• Overhead accruals and prepayments

Following take approx 13%
• Bank reconciliations
• Fixed Assets Register & Depreciation

Required Qualifications:
• Someone in first year or just completed first year of AAT course.
• Good Excel ability
• Basic Word Skills
• Prefer sage experience (but not essential but must have some experience of an accounts package)

Preference: Someone local to Alton (to enable them to commute locally to AAT training centre.
