Customer Service Executive (Tax Team)
Up to £22,000 + excellent benefits package including 26 days hol, bonus, study support, and parking

Due to growth, a Customer Service person is required for a large expanding company in Slough area, working in an accounts environment, providing product support to clients via email and telephone.

You will be reporting to a Supervisor and will be providing product support relating to the company's products and associated systems. You will also be providing product advice to customers and product teams both via email and the telephone.

To be considered for this vacancy you will need to have proven experience within a customer service environment and preferably have worked within an Accountancy Practice or similar. Also preferred is knowledge of taxation, such as Personal Tax and Capital Assets. Basic knowledge of operating systems and software suits, such as Word would be advantageous as well as studying Finance to higher education level. An assured, calm and concise telephone manner would be the perfect fit for this role and someone who is willing to take ownership of problems.

Starting salary of up to £22,000 + excellent benefits package and parking with career development.
