Client Retention Executive
Slough / Windsor area
C. £25,000 + excellent benefits package, good annual holiday and parking

An additional role for a Client Retention Executive is required for the customer care team, reporting to the Customer Care Manager, to retain and maintain clients and forge strong client relationships.

Answering calls from corporate clients the Client Retention Executive will be expected to build strong relationships, deal with escalated complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service in order to ensure that the client is retained and deliver customer expectations. The Client Retention Executive will be managing calls for clients who have a strong emphasis of obtaining value for money and will try to cut costs, the Client Retention Executive will be expected to negotiate cost of renewals, provide analysis, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, as well as retain customer and track customer activities.

Ideally the Client Retention Executive will have previous customer service experience perhaps having worked in IT licensing renewals or a Client Retention department, having worked to strict KPI's, have strong professional communication skills and be able to negotiate but empathise with clients.
