Compliance Officer required for this dynamic organisation to manage a team to ensure compliance and audit the Payroll, Expenses, Customer Service & Sales departments.

Key duties of the Compliance team are to monitor/audit call monitoring to ensure sales calls comply, monitor application forms received by the customer service department, check all documentation received has been scanned and saved onto the electronic filing system, analyse all client contracts, audit the expenses department, manage the status of members (of the Limited Liability Partnership) and monitor their tax status.

Ensuring compliance with: Client Contracts, S44 of ITEPA 2003 legislation (Agency Worker definition), IR35, Immigration, Asylum & Nationality Act 2006, Managed Service Company legislation, Employment and Self-Employed Engagements, Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) and Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)

The Compliance Officer must have previous experience in compliance responsibility, including the supervising of at least 3 individuals. Knowledge of Payroll (Ltd, CIS, PAYE, IR35) is key to this role.

The company is intending to start trading internationally during 2011, initially within the EEU. Therefore the candidate will be expected to develop/assist in research/undertake specialist training in this field as and when the business requires.
