A fantastic opportunity has come up in a market leading service provider within the Travel industry. They are looking for a Fixed Asset Valuation consultant to come on board on a 6 month basis.
This role will involve 90% travel around Europe to their various operations based in Spain, France, Denmark, Switzerland, Italy etc.
Your responsibilities will include: *Provide execution expertise in the area of Fixed Asset Valuation assignments *Develop superior financial models appropriate to the client and transaction *Liaise with senior company management, critically analyse the situation and formulate expert advice *Effectively project manage clients and internal teams *Monday - Friday based in European countries *Ensure the Fixed Asset Registrar is up to date The role will involve business partnering with the various European Finance Directors to extract the relevant information and up to 90% international travel across Europe. Whilst you will be based Monday - Friday in European offices, the company will cover travel costs, accommodation etc. in addition to flights back to London for the weekends.
To be considered you must have: *Post qualification experience in valuation of fixed assets for at least 2 years *Proficiency with the valuation requirements of local and international financial reporting standards etc. *Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel for building and reviewing the fixed assets valuation model *Good communication skills as you will represent the firm when going for site visits/ meetings with clients *Willingness to travel *Professional affiliations such as ASA, MRICS etc., will be an added advantage.
