My client a large NHS trust is looking for a Head of Income to join their team on an interim basis. As a Head of Income you will work closely with the contracting department and liaise with commissioners.
You will be responsible for ensuring Payment by Results (PbR) and costing projects are compliant with the associated national and local reporting requirements. Ensuring that income is being optimised within existing PbR rules. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior finance team and support the Deputy Director of Finance in ensuring that financial reporting and future financial plans are robust.
The chosen Head of Income will be a fully qualified candidate, either ACA, ACCA or CIPFA. It is essential that you have experience of working in an income based role within an acute trust setting. You must have extensive SLAM reporting experience and extremely strong Excel skills.
