A London based engineering company is looking for an accounts assistant (who is currently studying ACCA or CIMA) to join their ambitious team.
The role is based in London and will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
Working as part of the accounts team, the ideal candidate will be a practical person with excellent numeracy skills and ability to process paperwork with speed and accuracy. You will also provide support to engineers and customers regarding all payment enquiries.
Processing monthly invoices. Company banking administration. Credit Control. Purchase Ledger Pinning. Following up on unpaid invoices. Ensuring all payslips are distributed to staff on a weekly basis. Data entry onto financial spreadsheets. Resolving any payment enquiries from engineers and customers. All other reasonable duties when required.
