The role with an exciting property management company will provide administrative support for a busy office team on a 6 month contract.
The right person for the role will want to develop within the company and be experienced within the property industry.
The role will include:
- understanding the contract to billing process to support other parts of the organisation - assisting in testing possible changes that may be implemented within the organisation - generating and maintaining files and documents within the office - researching consumer to business issues raised by the support teams - preparing itineraries for business travel - electronic filing and archiving - some travel to other offices in London
The right candidate will have:
- good attention to detail - excellent communication skills - good organisational skills - intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word (Pivot tables and V-Lookups)
This role is looking to recruit someone straight away so being immediately available will be an advantage
