Our client, a multinational incorporation with excellent brand recognition across the technology and FMCG space, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to join an existing FP&A team: to manage 2 direct reports as well as support a Central Marketing team in all finance matters (Budget expense €180m+), to coordinate all product pricing for the Group, and to provide business partnering and decision support for all areas of the business.
Our client requires a Finance Business Partner to review both marketing and sales activities prospectively and retrospectively to ensure that spend is both targeted and best value. While also developing performance management tools that evaluate and drive the business forward, and developing and rolling out robust commercial reporting, that provides visibility of business wide initiatives.

Responsibilities across Marketing and Sales: *Act as principal Finance point of contact for Marketing and Sales departments, providing finance support for all commercial decisions and ensuring staff are aware of the financial impact of their actions. *Drive insightful reporting, ad hoc analysis and post campaign reviews to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities, spends and sales initiatives *Work with VP of Marketing to develop/report non-financial KPIs *Prepare Marketing analysis and commentary for monthly management reporting, budget holders, marketing managers and general management. *Oversee and review that Central Marketing budget/forecast processes are efficiently planned, coordinated & communicated, ensuring spends are in line with marketing strategy *Manage the pricing of new product, evaluation of bundle propositions and lifecycle management. *Prepare monthly KPI summary across multiple territories, *Assist in the development and roll-out of SAP upgrade, *Day to day line management of direct reports including setting quarterly targets; 6-month progress review and annual review.
