We are currently recruiting a Performance Analyst contract opportunity with one of London's most anticipated construction projects.
Our client is looking for someone either from a consulting background (strategy, programme management, financial and performance) or finance background, to maintain and direct their focus on performance, by identifying and helping secure improvements in the effectiveness, quality and efficiency of the organisation.
The successful candidate must be construction/infrastructure passionate and therefore driven to work with our client to produce high quality forecasts and analysis of financial performance information and assist with the commercial decision making across our clients Executive Board.
Key Responsibilities: *Provide analytical and strategic support to identify key strategic issues and address them through analysis and the management of project work. *Lead project work and make recommendations on improvements to financial and non-financial areas. *Improve the overall understanding and knowledge of company performance as well as the quality and availability of information and analysis that can be used to guide decision-making. *Drive improvement throughout in data analysis, document design, reporting and presentation through the development of best practice standards, guidelines and templates. *Develop and enhance cross-functional relationships across the various projects to improve the delivery of desired outcomes identified through analysis. *Establishing, managing and owning the delivery of multiple simultaneous projects to the highest standards and to agreed time-scales. *Developing new ways to communicate and report complex data and issues (often financial) to senior management and directors in a clear manner to assist in strategic decision making.
