A leading not-for-profit based in London are looking to recruit a Payroll Supervisor on a 12 month FTC.
In this position you will supervise a team of four within the finance and payroll team, in order to support the Finance Manager in the delivery of an efficient and effective payroll function.
Responsibilities: -Supervise and train the payroll officers in the delivery of payroll, as well as supporting the budgetholders with any queries -Deal with all returns including P11d completion and submission; managing the direct debit collections and eventual submission to HMRC -Oversee the processing grant applications and reconciliation of accounts. -Take responsibility for any changes to payroll, ensuring that all records are up to date. -Develop solid relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
Person Specification: -Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant -Proven ability in running and administering payrolls -Proven ability in communicating with senior managers and non-finance stakeholders -Managing of staff -Proficient in Microsoft Office -Ability to work collaboratively with others -Flexible and committed attitude to work
