I am currently recruiting for a well known technology business, looking to hire an ambitious Management Accountant to sit within their central finance function.
The company have been a recognised name within the Technology industry and have made various acquisitions this year. This has spurred an increase in turnover and therefor, the finance function has grown.
About the role;
Within this role you will take responsibility for full management accounting. The role will provide general ledger support across multiple entities.
Key responsibilities are detailed below:
Report results to finance and non-finance stakeholders Preparation of divisional monthly management accounts Assist with external audit and statutory accounts preparation Prepare/post accruals and prepayments Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately Review balance sheet reconciliations with line manager and agree and complete action plan Provide monthly data analysis in support of posting of month end journals Prepare and post month end journals as and when required Sales invoice requests are raised within specified time scales Monthly inter-company balance reconciliation Maintain rolling month end checklists
