*Lead, support and manage all finance and company-wide projects. *Review all project risks and priorities in line with the business's fast pace and constantly changing environment *Manage and challenge contributions from all project stakeholders
*Lead and manage a diverse range of finance projects in areas such as financial control, reporting, process improvement, team integration and systems integration *Represent finance by leading and supporting major company-wide projects that stretch across multiple departments *Produce and maintain project plans and reporting including spend against budgets *Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business *Undertake continuous project risk management and early communication risks/issues *Ability to see and communicate risks/issues before they become a reality *Provide continuous project priority reviews *Apply crucial time and deadline management to all projects *Provide regular reporting and technical project management support to the Head of Finance Projects *Utilise Finance Projects Analyst effectively for business analysis and documentation to ensure projects can be delivered effectively to agreed specification *Work with and build strong relationships with all colleagues within the finance team *Lead an ongoing company-wide move to Agile project management techniques
*Proven track record of managing successful large projects *Traditional Project Management Experience *Agile Project Management Experience *Experience of building cross-departmental stakeholder relationships *Experience of working in a fast-paced business environment *Process reengineering project experience *System change project experience *Business change project experience *Finance project management experience
