Our client based in Stockton-on-Tees is looking for a full time Group Systems Coordinator to join their dynamic and growing team.
First and foremost you will work as part of the Project to develop the system architecture of the Company Operating System. Once this assignment is complete, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and administering the system so that all documented information is archived in accordance with company policy.
To be successful in this role we are looking for a positive individual who has previously worked with data management systems and complex archives and has the ability to organise and motivate themselves to reach their end goal.
Main duties to include:
- Assisting with the development of the operating system platform and when complete assuming overall responsibility - Identifying, dating, cataloguing and indexing archive materials - Developing procedures for archiving company records and other documented information - Work alongside other sites to integrate their information onto the Company Operating System - Recording and tracking non-conformances raised by Information Management Systems Users - Aligning the Company Operating Systems with ISO 9001:2015 - Training and assisting your colleagues in using the new system, identifying areas for improvement and communicating these across the group and in training programmes
We are looking for:
- Someone educated to degree level - ARA qualified : advantageous but not essential - Experience in working with complex archives - Knowledge of data management systems - Understanding of data protection and copyright legislation - Working experience in archival cataloguing - Control of MS Share Point, CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) and QMS (Quality Management Systems)
