Due to Growth we are seeking an additional member to join the Client Relations team as an Account Manager, to meet with clients and support them in making suitable decisions regarding their account and show the services on offer to the clients. You will also be required to identify new sales and up sale opportunities.
Duties will include:
Managing incoming enquiries
Organising site visits
Provide update to clients on services being offered
Identify any cross selling opportunities
Be first point of contact for your clients if they have any queries
Have excellent telephone / customer service skills
Previous experience within an office based, customer service role
Use of CRM software
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm (1hr lunch) / Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (30 minutes)
